    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for IoT devices, desktop hardware, and software.
    • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and network connectivity for end-users.
    • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to IoT platforms and employee workstations.
    • Assist users with technical queries, system access, and software functionality, ensuring minimal disruption.
    • Document support procedures, solutions, and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes of recurring technical problems and implement preventative measures.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in desktop support and troubleshooting, with significant exposure to IoT technologies.
    • Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
    • Ability to effectively diagnose and resolve intricate hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with a diverse user base.
    • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and best practices.
    • Capacity to work independently and as part of a global team, adapting to new technologies.
