JAVA SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Global Insight Software is seeking a motivated and outgoing Java Developer to join their full-time team in Cochabamba, Bolivia. You will be involved in the latest technical initiatives for their customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions using Java EE technology.
• Implement solutions using JSP, JSF, Struts, Spring, GWT, Hibernate.
• Craft HTML5 and CSS3 to meet rich design and cross-browser requirements.
• Utilize JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX for front-end development.
• Work with source control systems like Subversion or Git in a team environment.
• Develop and manage databases using MS Sql Server 2008 or higher, MySQL.

Requirements

• Two or more years of software development experience with the Java EE technology.
• Knowledge of object-oriented language and Java EE development.
• Skill and patience to craft HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX.
• Exposure to using source control in a team environment (Subversion or Git).
• Proven experience with MS Sql Server 2008 or higher, MySQL.
