Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable invoices and monitor incoming payments.
• Manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices and payment processing.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Support the finance team with various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
