Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) for assigned facilities.
- Perform routine checks and adjustments to ensure optimal system performance.
- Respond promptly to BMS alarms and alerts, troubleshooting minor issues.
- Assist in maintaining accurate logs and records of BMS operations and incidents.
- Collaborate with senior operators and maintenance teams on system-related tasks.
- Ensure all building systems operate efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, lighting, security) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
