Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the KFAS facility on a daily basis and react to changes in scheduling or weather with a backup plan.
• Converse with guests, answer questions about the hotel and SPA, and provide orientation of the KFAS facility.
• Ensure proper standards of hygiene and functioning of equipment and toys, and assist in handling guest requests and complaints.
• Provide personalized service for all VIPs and KFAS guests, and participate fully in departmental training.
• Build rapport with and take a genuine interest in all children and parents utilizing the club's child activity services.
• Supervise on-floor operations and staff during shift, and speak with others using clear and professional language.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in a hotel, childcare, education, recreation, or related environment is preferred.
• Passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, patient, caring, and responsible personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
