Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and attend to guest repair requests for kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines and identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repair on various equipment, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
• Driver's License.
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and working with tools.
• Basic computer skills including inputting schedules and making temperature changes.
