Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to identify critical skill gaps and future development needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of all learning initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor a team of L&D professionals and external training vendors.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Lead Learning & Development or similar senior L&D role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning methodologies.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
