Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Lead Learning & Development or similar senior L&D role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning methodologies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
