Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification.
• Experience in software development with .NET or Java.
• Initial experience in leadership, team management, or agile roles such as Scrum Master.
• Strong communication and coaching skills, and enjoyment in developing teams.
• Fluent German and good English language skills, with an agile and dynamic mindset.
