Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions for employees across various levels and departments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives using appropriate metrics and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with management and HR to ensure L&D strategies support talent development and retention goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or a similar HR role (5 Year+).
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver high-quality training content and materials.
- Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with various e-learning platforms and blended learning approaches is a plus.
