Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate and commercial matters to internal stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Ensure the company’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the IT, data protection, and financial services sectors.
• Assist in managing legal risks, intellectual property matters, and corporate governance.
• Collaborate with product development and business teams on legal aspects of new features and market entries.
• Stay informed on legal developments and regulatory changes impacting Unblu’s global operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar legal role, ideally within the IT or financial technology industry.
• Solid understanding of contract law, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and corporate law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English; proficiency in German or French is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Admitted to practice law in Switzerland or a comparable jurisdiction.
