Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end integration of M&A transactions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies and plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Identify and mitigate integration risks, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Oversee financial, operational, and cultural aspects of integration.
- Report on integration progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in M&A integration, corporate development, or strategic consulting.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably at a Director level, in finance and strategy/planning.
- Strong understanding of M&A lifecycle and post-merger integration best practices.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and multicultural environments.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
