    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the end-to-end integration of M&A transactions.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies and plans.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
    • Identify and mitigate integration risks, ensuring a seamless transition.
    • Oversee financial, operational, and cultural aspects of integration.
    • Report on integration progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Extensive experience (10+ years) in M&A integration, corporate development, or strategic consulting.
    • Proven leadership experience, preferably at a Director level, in finance and strategy/planning.
    • Strong understanding of M&A lifecycle and post-merger integration best practices.
    • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and multicultural environments.
    • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
