Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, and negotiation.
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to achieve cost savings and efficiency targets.
  • Ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials, packaging, and other essential supplies.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, fostering strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors.
  • Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals, providing guidance and performance management.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship building.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
