Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of bikes.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and conduct scheduled servicing.
• Perform parts replacement, adjustments, and support accessory installations.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow workshop safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to provide updates on repair status.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and hands-on experience with Superbikes, including diagnostics, repair, and servicing.
• Ability to deliver high levels of Customer Satisfaction through quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Excellent Communication skills to explain technical issues and solutions clearly.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism, reliability, and timely service delivery.
• Technical certification or vocational training in motorcycle or automotive mechanics is preferred.
• Knowledge of workshop safety standards and proper use of tools and diagnostic equipment.
