Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor network and system performance to detect issues.
- Respond to and efficiently resolve network incidents and alerts.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior engineering teams.
- Document network configurations, incident reports, and troubleshooting procedures accurately.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure continuous service availability and reliability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in network operations or a similar Network Operations Center (NOC) role.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, infrastructure, and topologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose network issues effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
