    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices for end-users.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve user IT problems promptly and efficiently, both on-site and remotely.
    • Manage and track IT inventory, ensuring proper asset management and documentation.
    • Support audio/visual equipment setup and operation for internal meetings and presentations.
    • Adhere to all IT policies, security protocols, and best practices to safeguard company data.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse users.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
