The Outlet Manager will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Outlet Manager is responsible to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet. • Qualifications: Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Experience: Minimum 2 year's work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards. Prior 5* international hotel hospitality (similar to Hyatt) and/or luxury standalone restaurant experience is essential.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 year's work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager.
• Prior 5* international hotel hospitality or luxury standalone restaurant experience is essential.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including strong food and beverage knowledge (wine, spirits, beer, cocktails).
• Proactive, exercises good judgment, problem-solving skills, anticipates guest needs, attention to detail with a focus on quality and service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
