The Spa Manager is responsible for providing hands-on support and guidance to ensure services are delivered in accordance with approved brand standards. This role involves managing the department as an independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with the hotels and Hyatt’s standards, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Spa operation and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure services are delivered in accordance with approved brand standards.
• Manage the department as an independent profit center.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction consistent with the hotels and Hyatt’s standards.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control the Spa operation and administration.
• Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including staff scheduling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Hotel management Degree/ Diploma or relevant qualification.
• Beauty/Spa Therapy qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
