Trivium Education, a leading outsourcing company in the education and e-learning industry, is hiring freelance Online Tutors (English – Paper Writing) for its US-based project. The role involves grading student essays, evaluating dissertation papers, and providing feedback through chat, audio, and video formats.

This is an excellent opportunity for English specialists, trainers, and teachers who want to work remotely, earn on an hourly basis, and engage in meaningful academic evaluation work.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate dissertation papers and student responses to open-ended questions.
• Grade essays and written assignments based on provided scoring guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and neutrality in applying evaluation rules.
• Provide constructive feedback while adhering to client requirements.
• Participate in training, client tests, and quality assessments.

Requirements

• Education: BA/MA in English specialization OR English Trainer/Teacher.
• Skills:
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent grammar and mechanics.
  • Critical thinking skills for unbiased evaluation.
  • Experience in SOP writing and academic assessment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Other:
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Punctual, reliable, and open to supervision.
  • Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred.

Work Schedule

• Shift Options (IST):
  • 11:30 PM – 5:30 AM OR
  • 5:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• Must commit to minimum 6 hours/day (can be split into 3+3 hours).
