Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair pay practices.
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems and facilitate continuous feedback discussions.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture through engagement programs.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and develop retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and develop HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Proven ability to drive cultural change and foster a positive work environment.
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel.
