Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR and social media strategies to elevate brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community interaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and brand partners.
  • Monitor and analyze PR and social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee crisis communication and brand reputation management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in public relations and social media management, preferably within the retail or beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends, platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to brand storytelling and content development.
  • Familiarity with the Australian and New Zealand media landscape is highly desirable.
