Key Responsibilities

• Make AI-native a way of building the company.
• Translate the founder’s strategic vision into a clear product strategy.
• Build and maintain the roadmap connecting business goals, user outcomes, and technological innovation.
• Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem: Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership.
• Be obsessed with user problems, talk to users weekly, analyze patterns, and identify where transformation breaks.
• Turn insights from behavioral science, coaching psychology, and learning design into actionable product hypotheses.

Requirements

• 3–6 years as a Product Manager / Product Owner in EdTech, SaaS, or Consumer Tech.
• Bonus: experience in AI-driven products, learning design, or personal development platforms.
• Shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end with measurable results.
• Comfortable using Figma and prototyping directly.
• Craft-obsessed with a doer mentality and bias for outcomes.
• User & Impact Obsessed, thinking in outcomes, not outputs.
• Analytical & System Thinker, able to turn vague problems into clear hypotheses, metrics, and roadmaps.
• Digital & AI savvy, able to build AI Agents or demonstrate ability to learn while applying.
• Cross-disciplinary Curiosity, speaking both tech and human.
• French: native.
• English: Fluent.
