Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize production schedules for confectionery products.
- Coordinate production activities with procurement, logistics, and sales departments.
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans to meet demand and efficiency targets.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to minimize waste.
- Implement and improve production planning tools and systems.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations throughout the production process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in production planning, preferably within the food manufacturing or confectionery industry.
- Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using production planning software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
