Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize engineering projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage project teams, assigning tasks and providing direction and support.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage potential risks and issues.
- Ensure all projects adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Communicate project status and performance to stakeholders regularly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the engineering industry (10 years+ preferred).
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
