Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas, including lounges, hallways, and restrooms.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
• Ensure all public amenities and facilities are well-stocked and presentable throughout shifts.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation standards and protocols of the cruise line.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests and crew members whenever encountered.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
