Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas, including lounges, hallways, and restrooms.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Ensure all public amenities and facilities are well-stocked and presentable throughout shifts.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation standards and protocols of the cruise line.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests and crew members whenever encountered.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
