Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and mail distribution.
  • Process patient registrations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
