    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage regional sales and business development for Allen Solly in East India.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (10+ years) in regional sales and business management within the retail apparel and fashion industry.
    • Strong background in sales and business development, preferably with a prominent fashion brand.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive significant business growth.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development.
    • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex market challenges.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
