- Proven experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services sector.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients and institutions.
- A proactive, client-centric approach with a strong sales and service orientation.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is highly desirable for the Greater Tokyo Area market.
