Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic planning and execution of all delivery initiatives across Imagine Worldwide’s programs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing delivery team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure the successful and timely implementation of educational technology solutions.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and local communities.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, methodologies, and overall impact.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, project progress, and the measurable impact of programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in education technology, international development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies and delivery best practices.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in diverse cultural contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to scale complex programs and achieve significant, measurable impact.
• Experience managing remote or globally distributed teams.
