Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and supervise the electrical technical team to achieve specified targets effectively and allocate work properly.
- Guide the preparation and design of detailed engineering work.
- Ensure high-quality engineering deliverables as per applicable specifications, codes, standards, and client/consultant requirements.
- Monitor and review BIM models.
- Provide technical support for site, procurement, commercial, and other departments.
- Coordinate professionally with main contractor, specialist/suppliers, client, and consultant.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.
- 10 Years’ of relevant work experience in Hotel & Resorts Project.
- Expert in Electrical calculations-load calculation, breaker sizing, cable sizing, voltage drop.
- Knowledge in DM Green building requirements.
