Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of assigned programs and projects within the government framework.
- Develop and implement program strategies aligned with Queensland Government objectives.
- Coordinate with various departments and internal/external stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefs, and recommendations for senior management.
- Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with government policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
- Proven extensive experience in program management, preferably within a government or large public sector organization.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively to a multidisciplinary team.
- Sound knowledge of public sector governance, administrative processes, and strategic planning.
