Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of cybersecurity projects, from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve project milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all projects adhere to Romuz’s quality standards and cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in cybersecurity or IT consulting.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) principles.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project delivery.
