Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for E&I works.
• Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and commercial forecasts.
• Evaluate completed works and prepare interim and final valuations.
• Monitor project expenditures and support cost objectives.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for bids and proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation for large-scale EPC projects.
• Strong experience in Electrical & Instrumentation works within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven background in cost estimation, contract administration, variation management, cost control, and commercial management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as AACE, RICS, CCP, or equivalent are preferred.
