Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to thoroughly understand their accounting and retail software requirements.
• Implement and configure ERPLY’s software solutions, ensuring precise alignment with client business processes.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients on software functionality, with a particular focus on accounting modules.
• Analyze and effectively troubleshoot software-related issues, offering timely and efficient resolutions.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables, ensuring the successful completion of all assigned projects.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to relay client feedback and suggest product enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with ERP or POS systems, preferably gained within a retail environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Possess a proactive attitude coupled with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Estonian or other relevant languages is a valuable asset.
