Key Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic and enthusiastic team, managing store operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop a deep understanding of the product range, style, and materials.
• Generate reports on store performance, product, and KPIs, creating action plans to maximize store potential.
• Establish and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Manage the store budget, controlling expenses and maximizing profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee daily store operations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory effectively, including orders, receiving, and stock control.
• Recruit, train, and develop store employees, building a motivated and committed team.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the fashion sector.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in team training is a plus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and face challenges with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strategic vision and business analysis for data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service processes, and objection handling.
• Familiarity with CRM strategies in the retail sector.
• Passion for fashion and the product.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High level of Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
