Key Responsibilities
- Design and curate personalized luxury travel itineraries for high-net-worth clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique travel preferences.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on exclusive destinations, accommodations, and experiences.
- Manage all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, transfers, and activities.
- Proactively address client inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure seamless travel execution.
- Stay abreast of global luxury travel trends, emerging destinations, and exclusive offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury travel design, client relationship management, or a similar high-end service role.
- In-depth knowledge of global luxury travel destinations, properties, and services.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple client accounts, and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with travel booking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
