Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate and navigate utility boats in various maritime conditions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all maritime regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Oversee the routine maintenance and readiness of the utility boat and its equipment.
  • Manage and lead the boat crew, ensuring efficient task execution and proper training.
  • Coordinate effectively with shore-side operations for logistical support and supply transfers.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of voyages, incidents, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Boat Captain, preferably with utility or commercial vessels.
  • Possession of a valid captain’s license and relevant maritime certifications (e.g., STCW).
  • Strong knowledge of navigation, marine safety procedures, and vessel maintenance.
  • Ability to work effectively and make sound decisions in a dynamic marine environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform duties associated with maritime operations.
