    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
    • Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for AI-powered applications.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement user-centered design solutions.
    • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, behavioral data, and technical constraints.
    • Ensure consistency in user experience across various platforms and digital touchpoints.
    • Stay updated with the latest UX design trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the AI industry.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX Designer, preferably with AI-driven products or complex systems.
    • Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
    • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and process.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English (Japanese a plus).
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid global team environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
