    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute complex business valuation and financial modeling assignments for diverse clients.

    • Collaborate effectively with senior team members and clients to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions.

    • Stay updated with market developments, accounting standards, and regulatory changes impacting valuations.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in business valuations, financial modeling, or a related field, preferably within professional services.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
    • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are considered a significant advantage.
