Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic real estate investment initiatives.
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessments.
- Manage existing investment portfolios to optimize performance and returns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire real estate investment lifecycle, from acquisition to disposition.
Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in real estate investment or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, investment strategies, and financial instruments.
- Strong analytical skills, including complex financial modeling and valuation.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
