Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory control, efficient stock rotation, and minimize stock loss.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.
- Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Proven extensive experience in warehouse management, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Ability to manage a large team and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
