Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch processes.
- Implement and monitor warehouse safety and security protocols.
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and performance management.
- Collaborate with transportation and supply chain teams to ensure seamless logistics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within warehouse functions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles, inventory control, and WMS.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
