Poland Embassies in Ukraine

This directory lists 3 consulate generals, 2 consulates, and 1 embassy for Poland in Ukraine (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lutsk, Lviv, Odesa, Vinnytsia). Counts include embassies, high commissions, and consulates where available.

The first listing on this page is the embassy in Kyiv. Use the official website (https://www.gov.pl/web/ukraina) for the street address, hours, and appointment rules. Use the map on this page when a pin is available.

Not every embassy or consulate issues every visa type. Some posts only handle citizens’ services, while visas may be outsourced to a VAC or another regional embassy. Check the official Poland website for Ukraine (or the visa centre named there) before you book travel.

Requirements differ by service. Visa biometrics, passport renewal, and notarial appointments each have their own checklist. Bring your appointment confirmation, passport, printed forms, and any supporting documents listed on the official website. Call or email the office if the checklist is unclear.

Diplomatic contact details change. Prefer the official website or the foreign ministry of Poland for the latest phone line, email, and street address before you visit.
