FAQ
What does this Global Skilled Immigration Calculator do?
You enter one profile (age, education, occupation, experience, languages, job offers and connections). The tool estimates points and eligibility signals for multiple skilled migration systems and ranks your strongest matches.
Which countries are included?
Canada (Express Entry and selected PNPs), Australia (189, 190, 491), New Zealand Skilled Migrant Category, Austria Red-White-Red Card categories, Germany Opportunity Card, Japan Highly Skilled Professional, South Korea F-2-7, Hong Kong QMAS, UK Skilled Worker, and Singapore COMPASS.
Is a high points score the same as being eligible?
No. Many systems also require an eligible occupation, skills assessment, language evidence, job offer, nomination or invitation. Results separate points status, mandatory requirements and overall assessment.
Does Germany Opportunity Card mean permanent residence?
No. It is labelled as a job-search → skilled work → settlement pathway, not direct PR. Japan HSP is an accelerated PR pathway; Austria is a residence-to-PR pathway; Australia 189/190 are permanent visas; Canada programs are direct PR routes. UK Skilled Worker and Singapore COMPASS are work routes — PR/ILR is separate.
How is the Visaboards Match Score calculated?
It blends whether mandatory criteria appear met, proximity to points thresholds, job-offer needs and missing assessments. It is not an official government immigration score.
Does this include Canada Express Entry and PNPs?
Yes. Canada CRS, Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trades and selected provincial nominee scores are calculated inside this global tool from the same profile. For a dedicated Express Entry CRS form (including Nov 2026 Labour Market Integration rules), use the Canada CRS Calculator.
Educational tool only. Not legal advice. Immigration rules, points tables, occupation lists and invitation systems change. Confirm requirements with official government sources or a licensed professional before applying.
