Grenada, officially the State of Grenada, is a small island nation located in the southeastern Caribbean Sea and part of the West Indies. It consists of the main island of Grenada and several smaller islands, including Carriacou and Petite Martinique. The country lies northwest of Trinidad and Tobago and southwest of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The capital and largest city is St. George’s.

Known as the “Island of Spice,” Grenada is one of the world’s largest exporters of nutmeg and mace. It features lush rainforests, beautiful beaches, and clear blue waters. The economy relies on tourism, agriculture, and education, particularly with the presence of St. George’s University, a major international medical school.

The official language is English, and the currency is the Eastern Caribbean Dollar (XCD). Grenada is a member of the Commonwealth of Nations and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). It enjoys a warm tropical climate and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
