Key Responsibilities

• Build AI skills, agents, and MCP integrations for research, content checks, reporting, and campaign operations.
• Connect HubSpot, Salesforce, and related tools for clean data flow and single entry.
• Build dashboards and reporting to showcase go-to-market pipeline and ensure data accuracy.
• Automate SEO and GEO: structured data, content checks, and tracking AI search presence.
• Automate publishing for press releases, blogs, and case studies.
• Automate event lead capture: list cleanup, enrichment, and HubSpot upload.
• Build agents to track competitors, analysts, and customer news into weekly briefs.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 3 years of software development experience (work, internships, or projects).
• Demonstrable agentic work: Agents, AI skills, MCP servers, or LLM tools built on any platform.
• Strong Python skills for scripts, APIs, data processing, and automation.
• Experience with GitHub workflow: branches, pull requests, code review, and CI.
• Daily use of AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor, with the ability to review their output.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation, and GA4 for site behavior measurement.
• Production mindset: error handling, logging, monitoring, API security, and tests.
• Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and the command line.
• Clear written English communication skills.
