Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and refine architectural plans, sections, elevations, details, and working drawings.
• Maintain proper drawing standards, file organisation, and documentation.
• Create high-quality architectural presentations, diagrams, renderings, and visual narratives.
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to develop clear and compelling visual materials for proposals, competitions, presentations, and project documentation.
• Support the marketing team by designing brochures, portfolios, company profiles, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistency in visual quality, branding, typography, and presentation standards across project materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in architectural design, with strong expertise in visual communication, graphic design, and architectural working drawings.
• Proficiency in creating compelling architectural presentations, renderings, diagrams, and branding materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), as well as architectural software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and visual presentation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
