Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through selection and onboarding.
• Understand technical job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify and attract qualified technology professionals through various channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple technology domains.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates against technical, professional, and organizational requirements.
• Coordinate technical interviews, client interviews, feedback, and selection processes.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer coordination.
• Work closely with Business Development and Delivery teams to understand resource requirements.
• Support urgent and high-volume recruitment requirements while meeting agreed submission timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.
• Develop long-term relationships with technology professionals and maintain an active talent network.
• Track recruitment performance and provide regular updates on pipeline, submissions, interviews, and closures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting technology professionals such as Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, System Administrators, Data/AI professionals, and other IT specialists.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and candidate research techniques.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and evaluate candidate profiles against requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Results-oriented approach with strong follow-up and stakeholder-management capabilities.
