Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages such as drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Handle cash floats and transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area, clearing dishes and glassware.
• Track and order inventory for cafe and beverage supplies.
• Maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment through cleaning and troubleshooting.
• Ensure safe food handling following food safety procedures and HACCP system.

Requirements

• Hotel School Degree or Diploma.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a 5-star international luxury environment.
• Presentable with great communication skills.
• Good beverage and drinks knowledge.
