Key Responsibilities

• Prepare custom cuts of meat for in-store and online shoppers.
• Cut, bone, steak, dice, mince, season, and wrap meat primals to company specifications.
• Maintain vibrant, well-stocked, and attractive fresh meat counters and displays.
• Work safely with specialist butchery equipment and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Genuine knife and butchery skills with experience in cutting, boning, and preparing meats.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role using butchery equipment safely.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to use initiative to support customers and answer queries.
• Flexibility to work across other Market Street fresh counters as needed.
• Over school leaver's age, and potentially over 18 due to health and safety requirements.
