• Experience: 8 Years+
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical planning, execution, control, and handover of construction and repair projects.
• Define project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ICT, and other design inputs.
• Implement project quality plans, inspection and test plans, and safety protocols.
• Verify BOQ technical scope and quantities and certify physical progress before commercial review.
• Oversee contractor and consultant technical performance and coordinate with campus leaders.

Requirements

• Strong Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills.
• Solid Project Management and Project Coordination skills.
• Effective Budgeting skills for planning, monitoring, and controlling project costs.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and permitting processes in Cambodia.
• MEP knowledge.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and solve problems proactively.
